Your adventure begins with landing in GJT or Local Regional Airport (Aspen, Eagle/Vail, Montrose, GJT) and being paired with your overlanding vehicle before traveling to Moab. Colorado Overlander’s entire fleet of vehicles is based around the premier overland platform, the Toyota TRD Pro models. Your trip will be customized to your adventure preferences and budget. You are able to explore trails and natural wonders during the day and relax in your hotel of choice at night- providing a level of luxury to your adventure.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION & SPECIFICS
Guest Responsibilities – All guests must meet minimum age requirements to drive vehicles. All guests will be required to sign an Assumption of Risks and Rental Agreement prior to departure.
Flight + Travel – All guests will be required to book their own flights, airfare, and hotel accommodations.* Please keep Colorado Overlander staff informed of any flight changes, delays, or cancellations to ensure we facilitate seamless coordination for your pickup or dropoff.
Pet Policy – To ensure a delightful journey for everyone, we kindly request that pets not be brought inside our rental vehicles. In upholding this policy, we aim to preserve the cleanliness and freshness of our vehicles, providing an enjoyable and inviting space for each traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this guideline. In the event that traces of pets are identified within the vehicle or rooftop tent, a nominal fee of $350 will be applied for a comprehensive detailing process. This fee will help us restore the vehicle to its original state, ready to welcome the next set of explorers with the same level of care and comfort.
Rules of the Road – We require all of our vehicles to be returned in the condition that they came. This does not mean that the vehicle has to be detailed, but it must come back clean and presentable (Exterior car wash and interior vacuum and wipe down).
